The salary scale for Professional Support 2 is based on steps that range from $64783.04 - $86126.92. New Professional Support may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $75439.19 annually.
What you will be doing
As an Achieve Program Coordinator reporting to the Academic Chair School of Access Education and Language you will:
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
You have an understanding of community supports and resources.
Occupational experience that includes person-centered planning would be considered an asset.
You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite E-mail videoconferencing software.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience. You have experience preparing delivering and evaluating training or facilitated sessions. You have experience supporting students or prospective students through advising guidance or service delivery.
Valid Nova Scotia Drivers License would be considered an asset.

As a condition of employment Professional Support employees at NSCC must complete a part-time adult education program delivered by NSCC.
