St. Marys are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to the school.
We are a popular and successful school where our team works together to achieve the best possible outcomes and educational experiences for our children. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join our strong and experienced team.
You will:
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with pupils parents teaching and non-teaching staff as well as visitors to the school. You will have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in an environment subject to frequent interruptions. A good standard of English and Maths is essential as well as experience in the use of IT with a knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. You should be adaptable and enjoy the variety and challenge of working with others in a busy school environment. You will also need to be aware of and comply with the policies and procedures relating to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
