Compensation: Base pay ranges BTW N150000 N300000 Monthly depending on the level of expertise and other benefits.

The Company is seeking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The focus of the role is to provide administrative support to their senior manager and ensure the smooth running of the organization
Key Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels of Ready to Wear (RTW) and organize the showroom.
Order Fulfillment:
Support the order process from the moment an order is received until the product is picked up/ delivered/ shipped ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with the warehouse to monitor product availability for order fulfillment.
Customer Service Support:
Provide support for customer queries related to product availability order status and delivery.
Logistical Support:
Receive inspect and process incoming client fabrics managing the delivery and shipment process including coordinating deliveries with logistics partners.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in creating appealing product displays
Reporting:
Generate daily weekly or monthly reports on stock levels order fulfillment status and operational performance.
Second-class degree (upper) in any relevant field from a reputable university
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar working environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube.
Good listening skills with high levels of attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload
