The Company

Truck Centre (WA) is WAs sole Volvo UD and Mack Truck Specialist Dealership. With 8 branches operating successfully state-wide we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.

About the Role

This is not your typical desk job. As an Aftersales Business Consultant youll spend most of your time on the road connecting with new and existing customers understanding their business needs and offering tailored aftersales solutions that drive workshop and parts sales.

Youll work in close partnership with our truck sales team parts department and service teams to deliver exceptional support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and acquisition by actively engaging new and existing customers through site visits and ongoing relationship management.
  • Promote and sell contract maintenance programs and aftersales services that add value and reduce downtime for our customers.
  • Act as a key link between new truck sales parts and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer activity service schedules and site requirements to maintain high workshop utilisation and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records using our systems and report customer feedback and trends to the leadership team.
  • Represent our brands with professionalism energy and integrity on every visit.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven ability to build relationships identify opportunities and follow through with solutions that make an impact.
  • A strong understanding of the truck transport or heavy equipment industry (parts or service knowledge highly desirable).
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to offer value-based solutions to businesses.
  • A current drivers licence and the ability to work independently in a mobile role.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and customer management software with strong time management and self-motivation.
