We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team supporting our valued client. Based onsite this role plays a key part in shaping the first impression for all visitors employees and stakeholders. Youll be the face of the organisation creating a welcoming safe and professional environment every single day.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors employees and contractors in a friendly professional manner
- Manage reception desk operations including phone and visitor enquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Manage security access protocols including issuing visitor badges and monitoring access
- Coordinate mail and courier services
- Monitor and manage the team email inbox ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up
- Deliver high standards in line with both Cushman & Wakefield and Santos expectations
What Were Looking For
Experience & Background
Previous experience in Reception Concierge Customer Service or Hospitality roles
Experience in high-standard client or stakeholder-facing environments is highly regarded
Skills & Attributes
Confident articulate and professional communicator
Strong MS Office skills especially Outlook
Organised proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
