Summary of this role:
Commerz Globalpay GmbH is a newly formed joint venture between Global Payments and Commerz Bank to provide a comprehensive suite of innovative omnichannel payment and software solutions at scale providing a one-stop-shop for merchants to run and grow their businesses more efficiently.
The joint venture unites two strong brands. Global Payments brings commerce enablement solutions and distinctive payment offerings while Commerzbank brings the knowledge and customer relationships within the German small and medium size merchant market.
Commerz Globalpay GmbH will offer digital payment capabilities including Global Payments smartphone-based payment applications that enable merchants to accept mobile payments without a separate card reader modern card terminals and e-commerce/mobile payment solutions all integrated to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Further business customers will have access to a variety of leading value-added services including cloud-based point-of-sale software customer loyalty programs an analytics and customer engagement platform and more.
We are looking for an analytical thinking Strategic Sales Manager (f/m/d) who is supporting us in levering up our sales environment.
Analyze usage of current data fields and sales workflow
Improve Pipedrive frontend with clear fields and clear funnel
Close collaboration with Marketing and Automation synchronization with Sales
Close collaboration with Telesales Head and Head of Sales to generateSales Guidelineson how to use the CRM
Work on a concept to collect user feedback from lost leads due to product reasons
Create Ideas and Requirements for Missing Features or Feature Wishes
Evaluate usefull VAS for our Products
Improve Customer Onboarding
Help with Go-to-Market strategies for product launches that includes:
Create proposales for product bundels
Proposals for improving theOmnitrackerPipedriveconnection
Help to establish a proper and stable setup on the sales and marketing side
Build up governance on our side for the requirements we have for the local entity in processes we own
Contribute to building aField Sales App MVP
