GE Aerospace is a worlds leading manufacturer and servicer of jet and turboprop engines components providing integrated systems for commercial military business and general aviation.We are looking to hire a Final inspection Operator to our rapidly growing business at our Unison Industries site which is a supplier to nearly every engine and airframe program providing the most advanced performance solutions for a wide variety of markets including aviation space and defense power oil and gas and transportation. Due to the ongoing development and expansion there is now the opportunity for You to become involved and support to help drive these changes.
Job Description
Responsabilitati principale
Ajusteaza in vederea imbinarii diferite organe si subansamble ale camerelor de ardere a motoarelor de avion
Demonteaza si monteaza subansamblele ce alcatuiesc camera de ardere a motorului de avion
Demonteaza si monteaza masinile de complexitate medie: prese hidraulice matrite stante dispozitive
Regleaza si intretine utilajele din atelierul de fabricatie: prese hidraulice matrite stante dispozitive
Executa operatii de stantare
Executa operatii de inspectie
Executa operatii de impachetare-despachetare
Executa operatii de expandare si calibrare repere din alcatuirea camerei de ardere
Verifica AMC-urile
Executa operatiuni de mentenanta preventiva a posturilor de lucru deservite
Raspunde pentru calitatea lucrarilor efectuate
Aplica la postul de lucru metodele sistemului de productie Lean ( 5S Visual management One piece flow etc.)
Calificare/Cerine
Studii minime
Un an experien in domeniu
