Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and monitor transfer or blanking press machines
- Start machines oversee operations and accurately record production data
- Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications
- Adjust machine settings and speeds based on standard operating procedures
- Report equipment issues or product defects to the supervisor promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of press machines
- Accurately complete required inspection and production paperwork
- Follow all standard work instructions and safety protocols
- Support cross-functional tasks and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating automatic press machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking) is required to follow safety plant and PPE procedures
- Willingness to cross-train in other areas as needed
- Ability to work required overtime including occasional Saturdays
- Must adhere to company attendance and punctuality standards
