Job Description
Position Title: Machine Operator
Location: 1329 West North Avenue Holdrege NE 68949
Duration: 1 Year
Shift Details: Day Shift or Night shift
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production flow
- Perform routine machine setup adjustments and minor maintenance
- Inspect products for quality reporting any deviations or issues immediately
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) safety protocols and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Participating in training sessions and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Support continuous operations during 12-hour night shifts including alternating weekends
- Adhere to the shift schedule and be flexible with working overtime every other week as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Must pass background check drug screening and a Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) test
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to comply with all company health safety and operational guidelines
