What Youll Be Doing
Interact with customers through phone email live chat and social media
Provide clear and accurate responses while following company procedures
Assist with general inquiries product info and basic troubleshooting
Log and manage support requests in internal systems
Escalate complex cases to higher-level support if needed
Collaborate with colleagues and tech teams to ensure issue resolution
Prioritize and organize service tickets effectively
Share ideas to enhance customer support operations
What Were Looking For
Native or fluent Italian (C2) speaker with good English skills (B2)
Confident communicator across all channels
Quick learner with basic tech troubleshooting abilities
Capable of adapting to new software tools and systems
Detail-oriented and highly organized multitasker
