Job Description
3 months contract with local authority
We are seeking operational front line staff to support vulnerable adults in our Day Service. Filling this post is crucial to ensure that the support needs of vulnerable adults are met and to maintain the required staffing ratio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to vulnerable adults and will be required to fill the post the interim the post will be backfilled via agency with a preference for lower grade D equivalent staff to ensure continuity of care and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing care and support to vulnerable adults
- Ability to maintain staffing ratio and meet support needs of vulnerable adults
- Willingness to work with agency staff during the recruitment process
Requirements: Full-time availability for a year Ability to work 36 hours per week Resilient and able to thrive in challenging situations Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Comfortable with confrontation and able to deal with difficult situations Availability for out-of-hours meetings and lone working Daily use of a car and a full driving license
