Job Description

This is a remote position.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and general enquiries. This phone-based role is central to our daily operations as you will handle inbound calls schedule jobs and ensure a professional and helpful experience for every caller.


PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional friendly and timely manner.

  • Greet clients over the phone and assess their needs or enquiries.

  • Schedule service appointments for solar and electrical jobs.

  • Enter job and client information into scheduling or CRM software.

  • Liaise with electricians solar technicians and office staff to coordinate bookings.

  • Provide general information about services timelines and pricing.

  • Follow up on outstanding bookings enquiries and customer requests.

  • Maintain a calm and solution-focused approach during peak call times.



Requirements

SKILLS:

  • Prior experience in customer service reception or scheduling (ideally in a trades or service environment).

  • Confident clear and courteous phone manner.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with basic computer systems email and booking software (e.g. SimPRO ServiceM8 or similar).

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
