Responsibilities:
Phone Calls for customer retention efforts
Schedule service appointments
Customer follow up
Maintain relationship with customer
Work closely with the service department dispatcher
Qualifications:
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication skills
Professional work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Call center experience helpful but not required
Attention to details
Proficient with basic computer applications
Outgoing and friendly personality not easily intimidated ability to handle customer rejection
