Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 03 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences. Experience in Graphic Design is a plus as this role may involve creating visual assets to complement UI/UX designs.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Create wireframes user flows mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Optimize existing designs based on user feedback analytics and industry best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends tools and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
(Graphic Design Plus) Create visually appealing graphics icons and other design assets to enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements
Minimum 03 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects (web and mobile).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture and interaction design.
Knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
(Graphic Design Plus) Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
