Position: Senior Product Designer

Job Description:
As a Senior Product Designer you will play a critical role in defining and delivering user experiences across the Otrovato platform. Youll work closely with product managers engineers and business stakeholders to design solutions that balance customer needs business goals and technical feasibility.
This role is not about pushing pixels its about shaping flows interactions and usability that prove product value quickly in our MVP-to-scale journey while building the foundation of a strong design culture at Otrovato.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design for core product initiatives from discovery prototyping delivery iteration.
- Translate business and user needs into clear user journeys flows and prototypes.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers in agile sprints ensuring design is actionable and build ready.
- Write design stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with PMs to ensure clarity in handoff to development.
- Partner closely with frontend developers: provide assets specs and ongoing feedback to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Run lightweight discovery & usability testing to validate assumptions & insights.
- Create low-to-mid fidelity prototypes for rapid validation then evolve into high-fidelity UI when needed.
- Establish and maintain a design system / UI kit to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Test designs in staging and production to ensure delivery quality and catch UX/UI issues early.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of product design experience in digital products (preferably SaaS B2B marketplace or fintech).
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (flows UX UI prototypes).
- Experience working in agile or lean product environments.
- Skilled in design tools (Figma preferred).
- Comfortable with low-fi to hi-fi prototyping and conducting user tests.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
