The ideal candidate will combine hunting capabilities with account management excellence leveraging domain knowledge and executive relationships to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
Hunt and expand within large named accounts developing penetration strategies to uncover new opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads by leveraging past relationships industry insights and market intelligence.
Build CXO-level rapport articulate value propositions and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
Increase wallet share by introducing complementary services (in-house or partner-led).
Develop and execute account plans aligned with client business goals and service offerings.
Deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter growth through accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Understand client business and technology roadmaps monitoring competitors to position differentiated solutions.
Proactively recommend innovative services by identifying unmet needs or emerging trends.
Represent the organization at industry webinars conferences and account-based marketing events.
Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery consulting and practice teams to ensure client success.
15 years of experience managing Cruise Line accounts or related hospitality/transportation verticals.
Proven ability to hunt new logos while deepening relationships in existing accounts.
Executive presence: Strong business acumen judgment and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Skill in crafting compelling value propositions that highlight financial and operational ROI.
Experience partnering with internal teams (sales delivery vendors) to align resources for client needs.
