About The Role
The Assistant P2P Manager role reports to the International P2P Manager working in a shared service centre covering international regions and companies. The role will provide support to the wider team help/guide the team monitoring shared inboxes overseeing the day to day payment runs and month end close. Includes processing of invoices raising payments supplier account reconciliations accounts payable ledger reviews including account and allocation queries. Other ad hoc duties in order to ensure effective efficient and accurate financial operations; whilst complying with company policies and procedures ensuring high level of customer service is upheld at all times

Qualifications :
At least 3 years supervisory experience working within an Account Payable function
