The role

The Program Management Office PMO and the Project Coordinator are responsible for product development and sustainment of Fluke products. The Project Coordinator owns any activity related to planning and coordinating product sustainment and process improvement throughout the products lifecycle. Perform functions related to developing and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) drawings and revision-controlled documents. Prepare and update documentation for a product including Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and supply chain set-up. Project Coordinators hold responsibility for item attribute set up and cleanliness and help assist environmental compliance to make sure Fluke products are safe and in compliance per all global regulations. Work alongside manufacturing engineers to assist with new part number creation deviations first article approvals and part revisions needed in the factory. Support the factory budgets and projects by coordinating results implementing timely reviews with functional support groups and reporting progress regularly to the factory leader and engineering team.

Responsabilities

  • Develop and maintain Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Using the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)/Product Data Management (PDM) systems ensure production is stabilized by ensuring the BOM is set up properly to include resource hours material controls material locators and item status.
  • Ensure Bills of Material (BOM) items adhere to Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and other critical compliance requirements.
  • Identify potential time-sensitive risks and issues and drive action with functional groups to resolve.
  • Work with product compliance industrial design mechanical design and other various functional groups to provide support throughout the complete product lifecycle from creation to end-of-life
  • Maintain aspects of factory budget spend and forecast.
  • May lead small projects.
  • Ensure part availability working with planner/buyer and procurement teams as required.
  • Crafting and maintaining project documentation drawings ECO.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher required
  • Experience in a support function/role.
  • Knowledge of Oracle preferred.
  • Prior use of data management systems product lifecycle management tools and/or ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing flows and processes
  • Proven problem-solving aptitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Outstanding interdepartmental verbal and written communication skills
