We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk CouncilsHousing Management Team as a Operational Lead - Capital Programme.
Your role:
The post holder will beworking as part of the Councils Housing Investment team the Operational Lead Capital Programme will take a leading role in delivering and supporting the Councils investment programme and proactively managing the Housing portfolio.
What you will need:
The candidate will have experience working with building regulations and planning requirements relating to England and experience of local government / social housing. The post holder will have the ability to work across teams and to work collaboratively.
