This role involves managing librarians and library officers developing inclusive student programs and ensuring high-quality student-centred services across online and on-campus platforms. The Manager will embody the Universitys values inspire and empower the team and promote a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating student engagement activities providing strategic leadership and championing equity and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for shaping the student experience and fostering a positive team culture. They will excel at developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with University objectives have a keen interest in innovative technologies and evidence-based practices and will champion cutting-edge solutions to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
