Employment Term: Full time permanent position
Location: This role will require you to travel between our Lifeline Retail Stores within Brisbane with our head office based at Geebung Distribution Centre
Remuneration: Attractive Salary Package 12% super NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) Motor Vehicle Allowance
Must have and maintain current Drivers Licence as travel between Lifeline Retail sites is required

Lifeline Queensland is part of a national network bringing hope to Australians doing it tough. Around 750 lives are lost to suicide every year in Queensland. Through our state-wide footprint of crisis support training and retail services and the compassionate offer of support we can save lives.
As a Retail Support Supervisor youll be encouraged to grow develop and feel empowered contributing to the meaningful work of Queenslands leading charity retail brand. Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance and flexibility to the Brisbane Business Manager supporting with the oversight of theretail function for the Brisbane region based on business requirements. This position will see you:
Supervising the day-to-day operations of selected stores which caninclude up to 25 stores ensuring the achievement of performance indicators
Oversee the supervision and training of store team members and volunteer team members as required
Encourage a strong customer service focus that leads to sales growth and increased productivity measures
Organise team member rosters and check off timesheets
Work with Shop Supervisors on merchandising of stores to drive sales as required
Oversee and take on a lead role for promotional events to maximise the revenue potential whilst maintaining expenses to budget as required
Demonstrate a passion for Lifeline and its purpose promoting its services and value to the community through personal actions behaviours and outcomes
What makes a difference for us
Proven sales service retail and merchandising experience
Demonstrated ability to monitor financial turnover to maximise efficiency and develop improved productivity
Proven experience in managing a multi-site operation
Effective communicate skills both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
An understanding of the operations of a charitable organisation would be highly regarded
Current Australian Drivers Licence
