Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Possess basic accounting skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office environment preferred.
- Possess strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient in the use of a calculator (10-key by touch).
- Possess strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
250 days
SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$42078 CP7
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2024-2025
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain accurate vendor files.
- Communicate with school employees and vendors.
- Verify all invoices as to accuracy.
- Assist vendors in resolving problems.
- Process vendor payments.
- Assist in the year-end close process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Work with frequent interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of a computer.
