Job Description
Looking to take your first step into the Defence and Maintenance industry Ventia is offering two exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to join us as Production Clerks on a 12-month fixed term contract. Perfect for someone early in their career this role offers hands on experience in admin logistics and operations all within a supportive and high-performing team.
What youll be doing
This full-time role is based at RAAF Base Amberley and offers 38 hours per week Monday to Friday (7:00 AM 3:45 PM) with an early finish at 12:00 PM every Friday.
Youll be the go-to support for our workshop team helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your day-to-day might include:
- Entering data and processing work orders in SAP and Defence systems
- Ordering and tracking repair parts
- Coordinating deliveries to the workshop
- Supporting stocktakes and managing inventory
- Taking care of general admin tasks and contributing to safety initiatives

To be eligible youll need to be an Australian citizen so you can obtain Defence clearance.
