Job Description

About the Role
Supporting our Senior Contracts Administrator and Commercial Manager you will help prepare negotiate and manage a variety of contractual agreements including Master Service Agreements Statements of Work contract variations and extension letters with suppliers.

The role is vital in ensuring compliance maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and management contract records and documentation
  • Draft and monitor contract variations extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications via the shared Contracts mailbox
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks
  • Support commercial performance through reporting and analysis
  • Manage capital requisition and work-winning governance processes
  • Draft contract summaries and facilitate handovers

Required Skills and Experience
You must be proactive detail-orientated and ready to grow your career in contract administration. Ideally you will bring

  • Experience in contract administration or procurement in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with precision
  • A methodical organised approach to work
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Law or Commerce (preferred by not essential)
