The A Side: A Day in The Life
Supporting marketing team members in their roles building and executing global artist campaigns
Initiating the production process of songs Eps & albums overseeing end-to-end delivery
Arrangingandassisting in therunningof regularteam functions meetings organizingagendas taking and distributing meeting notes.
Assisting with the management of financial budgets and tracking
Learning key production processes and systems reporting tools as well as writing asset briefs and creating decks
Briefing assets to designers and going through feedback rounds with them
Assiting in the paperwork for photoshoots video & design agreements
Maintaining the organization and archiving of assets and deliverables chasing up collating and disseminating key campaign assets (e.g. advertising artwork audio publicity assets etc.)
Organizing couriers of promotional stock merch items etc.
Planning promotional schedules and where being on-hand during promo trips
Supporting the execution ofartist-basedevents -based promotion instore performances at retailetc.
Updating contact databases and sheets
