We are looking for a Customer Trust Support Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsabilities:
- You will act as the point of contact for sales teams looking for answers.
- Respond and triage to the appropriate process incoming customer security privacy compliance and related legal questions.
- Track and manage responses using internal systems (e.g. Responsive Jira SafeBase ) ensuring traceability and repeatability.
- Stay current on companies sales policies and security posture to support accurate credible responses.
- Identify gaps in existing documentation or processes and collaborate with SMEs to close them.
Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated persistence and follow-through when working cross-functionally to resolve open items.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in loosely structured tasks.
- Familiarity with compliance and information security concepts (SOC 2 ISO 27001 etc.) is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with B2B software sales including basic SaaS deployment concepts
- Highly organized self-directed and able to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines Ideal.

- 40 hours a week fromMonday to Friday (flexible schedule but some overlap with US Pacific Time will be required)
