Pay: $60000$78000 DOE
Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:30 PM (some flexibility/mandatory overtime possible)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment & Facility Specialist to oversee maintenance repairs and facility operations within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring a safe efficient and functional environment for both equipment and building systems.
Key Responsibilities
As an Equipment & Facility Specialist you will:
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and building operations
- Act as a first responder to urgent equipment system or facility issues
- Coordinate outsourced repairs and vendor services
- Maintain facility safety security and cleanliness
- Collaborate with production and administrative teams to minimize downtime
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in equipment maintenance or facility support (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform standing walking and other physical tasks as required
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Team Player: Capable of working independently and within a team environment
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates/Bachelors in Engineering Technology or related field preferred
