Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: On-site
Employment type: Fixed-term (6 months) with possibility of extension/permanent contract

Languages: Norwegian (C2) & English (B2)
Compensation: Base salary performance-based incentives
Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via phone email live chat and social media
Provide accurate information and assistance in line with company policies
Support users with product/service inquiries and basic technical troubleshooting
Accurately document case details in internal systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed
Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams for case resolution
Manage your queue of service tickets and prioritize effectively
Share feedback to improve service processes
Requirements:
Native/fluent in Norwegian (C2) fluent in English (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
Basic understanding of customer service best practices
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and task management
Willing to work in a dynamic evolving environment
