Were Hiring: Customer Service Representative Collision Repair Center
Location: 3015 Liberty Ave Pittsburgh PA 15201
Status: Full-Time MF
Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others and keeping things organized Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in ensuring a smooth friendly and professional experience for our customers during their collision repair process.
What Youll Do:
As the first point of contact youll create a welcoming environment for walk-in customers and inbound callers. Youll support the repair process by coordinating with estimators organizing customer files arranging rentals and tows and keeping the front office running smoothly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person or over the phone in a timely professional manner
Efficiently answer calls (within two rings) and direct or resolve inquiries
Assist customers with intake paperwork and communicate details to estimators
Coordinate towing services and rental vehicle arrangements
Set up and maintain customer files and help manage vehicle delivery payments
Maintain a clean organized front office and order supplies as needed
Keep a company calendar to ensure estimator availability
Stay calm professional and empatheticespecially with customers in distress
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a customer service role (automotive experience a plus!)
Friendly communication skills and the ability to multitask
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with computers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
