Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will play a critical part in supporting Medicaid clients providers and third-party contacts by delivering high-quality service and maintaining accurate records in accordance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with third parties clients and healthcare providers.
Answer inbound calls from providers Medicaid clients and third-party representatives.
Verify and update other insurance coverage in system tools.
Communicate Medicaid program benefits and insurance coverage details to clients.
Update and maintain various internal systems and tools per documented procedures.
Enter and retrieve data with accuracy and execute transactions with minimal supervision.
Respond to requests for information and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Follow all established policies procedures and workflows.
Meet daily weekly and monthly performance goals.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of Call Center or high-volume Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in healthcare insurance or Medicaid environments
