Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Austin TX
Schedule: Monday Friday Full-Time


Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will play a critical part in supporting Medicaid clients providers and third-party contacts by delivering high-quality service and maintaining accurate records in accordance with established procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with third parties clients and healthcare providers.

  • Answer inbound calls from providers Medicaid clients and third-party representatives.

  • Verify and update other insurance coverage in system tools.

  • Communicate Medicaid program benefits and insurance coverage details to clients.

  • Update and maintain various internal systems and tools per documented procedures.

  • Enter and retrieve data with accuracy and execute transactions with minimal supervision.

  • Respond to requests for information and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Follow all established policies procedures and workflows.

  • Meet daily weekly and monthly performance goals.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of Call Center or high-volume Customer Service experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with computers and data entry systems

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in healthcare insurance or Medicaid environments
