We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial roofing projects across the DFW area. In this role you ll be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving in the field and has strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations on job sites managing crews and subcontractors

Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety on site

Coordinate materials equipment and inspections to keep projects on schedule

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project specs and manufacturer requirements

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients project managers and vendors
-
Maintain daily job reports and project documentation

Troubleshoot issues as they arise and collaborate with project managers to resolve them

Train and mentor crew members to ensure performance standards are met
Qualifications:
-
5 years of experience in commercial roofing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role

Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO EPDM modified bitumen metal etc.

Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety practices
-
Excellent leadership organization and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Valid driver s license
