Position Title: Laravel Developer
Job Timings: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Reporting to: IT Director
Department: Marketing
Location: Bahria Town Phase 4 Rawalpindi

Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Laravel Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Laravel especially with Laravel Livewire 3 and a good understanding of MySQL databases. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable secure and high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of backend development using Laravel as well as familiarity with modern front-end technologies. Experience with React or will be considered a plus.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in web development is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Laravel development.

Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain complex high-performance web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Implement dynamic and reactive components using Livewire v3.
- Manage and maintain database structures in MySQL including writing complex queries optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Work closely with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean well-documented and maintainable code following industry standards.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Use version control tools such as Git for code management and collaboration.
- Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply best practices to projects.
- Experience working with frontend frameworks like React or .
- Familiarity with Laravel ecosystem tools such as Horizon Nova Telescope or Queue Workers.
- Experience in unit testing and test-driven development.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g. GitHub Actions Jenkins Forge).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) or server management is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development.
Strong knowledge of the Laravel ecosystem including Laravel 10.
Proven experience with Livewire v3 is mandatory.
Proficiency in MySQL with experience in writing optimized SQL queries and managing relational databases.
Solid understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Ability to write clean scalable and well-documented code.
Good understanding of API integrations error handling and security practices.
