You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLocations: Abuja & Lagos Nigeria We are seeking a highly experienced and board-certified Consultant Urologist with advanced expertise in Laparoscopic Urological Surgery to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Abuja and Lagos Nigeria. This opportunity is open to both: Licensed expatriate professionals from India Egypt Cuba Turkey and Lebanon with eligibility to practice in Nigeria and Qualified Nigerian urologists with demonstrable laparoscopic proficiency. You will play a vital role in delivering advanced urological care mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to the growth of a world-class urology unit in a modern medical facility. Perform and manage complex urological surgeries including: TURP HoLEP PCNL Laparoscopic Radical Protectorate Retrograde Intra-renal Surgery (RIRS) Kidney Transplant Laparoscopic Donor Hysterectomy Deliver comprehensive pre-operative intra-operative and post-operative care. Participate in on-call rotations (2 3 times/month) for urological emergencies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists oncologists and anesthesiologists. Mentor and support junior medical staff residents and fellows. Engage in continuous professional development audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years post-specialization in Urology.
Board Certification in Urology (e.g. FWACS FRCS or internationally recognized equivalent).
Eligible for registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
Strong track record of independently performing laparoscopic surgeries (number of successful procedures is prioritized over years of experience).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Familiarity with surgical systems from Storz Olympus or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability in laparoscopic radical protectorate and donor hysterectomy.
Experience in high-volume urology centers teaching hospitals or advanced surgical units.
Membership in international associations such as EAU AUA or SIU is a plus.
Candidates from India Egypt Cuba Lebanon and Turkey with valid licenses are highly encouraged to apply.
Routine Hours: 6 to 8 hours/day Monday to Saturday.
On-Call: 2 3 times per month for urgent surgical cases.
Salary: $5000 $20000/month negotiable based on skills and experience.
