Tasks
As a Principal Consultant-Professional Services (f/m/d) at Stackgini youll play a key role in guiding our enterprise customers through their journey with our AI-powered IT decision-making platform. Youll ensure customers achieve measurable business value while contributing to Stackginis growth. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Strategic advisory & planning: Develop a deep understanding of each customers business IT landscape and objectives. Collaborate with executives to build joint success plans define KPIs and craft measurable milestones.
- Onboarding & implementation leadership: Lead workshops configure our platform to client processes and drive adoption. Guide process transformation initiativesoften navigating legacy structures internal resistance and political dynamics.
- Trusted advisor & relationship builder: Act as a single point of contact for large enterprise accounts nurturing long-term partnerships. Guide clients through complex organisational dynamics provide best-practice advice and champion stakeholder alignment.
- Value realisation & growth: Monitor account health conduct quarterly business reviews and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Thought leadership: Represent Stackgini at industry events and client workshops. Share market trends and innovation insights; develop case studies and success stories that demonstrate our impact.
Requirements
- Consulting pedigree: 4 years of experience in toptier strategy or ITconsulting roles. Youre comfortable advising Clevel executives and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Technical & business acumen: High affinity with IT departments; ability to grasp enterprise architecture procurement and governance processes. Familiarity with platforms like SAP LeanIX ServiceNow etc. is a plus.
- Customer success mindset: Proven track record in clientfacing roles. You listen deeply understand unspoken challenges and go the extra mile to help stakeholders succeed.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution: You can think at the 10000-foot level while also diving into operational detail. Comfortable designing success plans facilitating workshops and owning execution.
- Communication & facilitation: Exceptional presentation negotiation and conflictresolution skills. Fluent in English and German.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Thrives in highgrowth environments takes ownership and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
- Travel flexibility: Willingness to visit client sites across Germany and Europe as required.
