Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to support our Global Time & Labour (GT&L) organization. This role involves active participation in key projects and production support activities from initial concept to final deployment. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping development methods while collaborating with global partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for key production Time systems.
Work with ADP Enterprise eTime and ADP Workforce Manager platforms.
Support Secure File Movement (MFT) processes globally.
Manage application architecture components including:
User interface (eTime)
Security
Middleware
Infrastructure (integration with payroll and HR systems)
Participate in all project phases: design upgrades/patches specification testing implementation maintenance and support of reporting/customizations.
Conduct solution architecture design reviews following enterprise-wide application standards.
Collaborate with Business Units and support global project deployments.
Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documentation.
Perform data analytics and create custom reports as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and business partners to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical role.
Hands-on expertise with ADP Enterprise eTime and related toolsets.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate across teams.
Strong time management self-motivation and attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing or supporting large-scale implementations.
Familiarity with structured project environments meetings and deliverables.
Solid understanding of the software development/project life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Payroll software such as ADP GlobalView or ADP Celergo.
Knowledge of Workday HR platforms.
