Education Business Unit:
The team delivers services by understanding customer needs in the education field and offering tailored solutions to support the development of the exam processing market.
This project involves upgrading systems that use OMR devices. The data from the OMR is used for cleaning scoring and more. You ll manage the entire development process requirements definition modifications testing delivery and support. Communication with the client is also an essential part of the role. Although OMR is used this is a typical development project.
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Design optimal and user-friendly system architecture based on client requirements and business strategy
- Design foundational system structures in development projects
- Define shared specifications and requirements
- Design overall system direction and framework
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems and propose improvements
- Support operation of developed systems in BPO services
- Provide on-call support during actual test periods
- Communicate and share information with business partners (BPs)
Qualifications:
- Experience in full system development lifecycle (requirements definition design development testing delivery and support)
- Knowledge/experience in C# MS Server Oracle PostgreSQL Access MS Azure
- Japanese communication skills (listening speaking comprehension)
- Proactive attitude (research skill acquisition)
- Diligent and careful working style
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the education sector (WBT CBT e-Learning)
- Interest in education-related work
- Analytical skills
- Conversational English proficiency
