Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Field Manager to oversee field operations project scheduling quality assurance and issue resolution for landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building hardscape features retaining walls water features irrigation systems and planting installations.
Requirements
- Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate project timelines workforce assignments and material logistics.
- Conduct site inspections to uphold safety readiness and workmanship quality.
- Troubleshoot project challenges implement solutions and maintain efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with crews clients and project managers to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus for team inclusivity and communication.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of plant care, landscape maintenance, and equipment maintenance. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
