Job Description
Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving performance shaping strategy and leading transformational change We re hiring a Finance Manager Strategy & Operations for a high-profile business operating at scale across Ireland.
You ll act as the key Finance Business Partner to the motor fleet function leading on all aspects of controlling planning and treasury. This role will place you at the centre of strategic decision-making from forecasting and negotiations to liquidity management.
Key Focus Areas:
- Deliver actionable insights to optimise fleet performance
- Build and manage detailed fleet budgets and rolling forecasts
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Lead financial negotiations and manage banking relationships
- Ensure compliance risk mitigation and commercial agility across the board
What We re Looking For:
- ACA/ ACCA qualified with a minimum Bachelors Degree qualification
- Proven experience in finance leadership ideally within a capital-intensive or fleet-related business
- Strong technical skills across FP&A and business partnering (treasury skills advantageous)
- Strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mindset
