Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews in the construction of high-quality outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in hardscape retaining walls water features irrigation systems and planting installations. This role requires strong leadership efficient project management and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Read and interpret plans ensuring proper execution of construction elements.
- Maintain high standards for safety quality assurance and site readiness.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions.
- Train and mentor crew members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Proven experience in landscape construction including hardscape retaining walls water features irrigation and planting.
- Knowledge of construction techniques materials and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus for team inclusivity
