Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the Inside Sales team focusing on customer satisfaction commercial growth and performance development through KPI tracking and training.
- Foster a proactive sales culture accelerate lead generation and streamline workflows to boost efficiency and impact.
- Ensure optimal use of ERP and CRM systems driving data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Act as a strategic link between Sales Distribution and Management while also handling customer calls and queries to stay connected with client needs.
Qualifications :
- 5 years leadership experience in Inside Sales with proven ability to develop high-performing teams
- Strong organizational skills and process-driven mindset comfortable in a KPI-based environment
- Demonstrated experience with CRM and ERP systems driving data-informed decision-making
- Commercial acumen and technical affinity
