Job Description

This role will be based in Paris France for 10 months Full-Time Contract basis.

Within our Marketing Solutions business we are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our team in achieving our goal of empowering businesses to reach engage and convert their target audience at scale.   

As a Client Solutions Manager partnering with an Account Director you will leverage your knowledge of online media superior communication and relationship building skills and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to help shape and grow your book of business.

To achieve this you will drive your clients marketing experience by providing best-in-class client service research and market analysis. While providing campaign intelligence and ongoing campaign strategy consultation including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients through current campaign expansion and leveraging data and analytics to build a case for upsell opportunities.  

Working in a diverse background environment and with a multicultural team who speaks more than 12 languages you are a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients campaigns and projects concurrently.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Build strong relationships with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers by providing best-in-class consultative solutions that meet their marketing and business needs. 
  • Proactively analyse and optimise your customers advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic and tactical recommendations to meet long-term goals and improve immediate advertising performance.  
  • Working closely with your Account Director you will consult and advise on all aspects of your clients media campaigns including targeting implementation optimization and reporting.  
  • Advise on creative and content quality and development leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery.  Support your customers communication and ongoing education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs.  
  • Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in product product marketing insights content marketing technical support and others to ensure customer success. 
  • Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth in your book.  
  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.  
  • Contribute to client events - Travel may be required up to 20%. 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience 
  • 5 years of work experience in digital media sales campaign / account management or a closely related function 
  • 3 years in sales quota carrying role 
  • Business fluency in French & English 

 Preferred Qualifications:    

  • Experience working in or with the French Market 
  • Business and financial acumen to be able to translate marketing activities to business results. 
  • Experience of thriving in a result-driven environment.  
  • Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client facing setting to drive their marketing and commercial success. 
  • Experience of onboarding new clients to a self-service platform 
  • Experience managing a broad range of advertising budgets and campaigns.  
  • Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers creating relationships across many levels of a client.  
  • Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.  
  • Understanding/passion for internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
