Job Description
Responsibilities:
Inbound Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs interested in joining our platform.
Offline Search: Research and identify potential restaurant partners and home chefs through offline channels such as local directories industry events and referrals.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners providing them with information about our services benefits and pricing.
Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
Onboarding: Assist in onboarding ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.
Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
MBA BBA from a recognized University
Proven experience in telesales Sales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with the restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
