Job Description
The Cash Operations Lead is responsible for Eatalys cash management initiatives cash operation coordination day-to-day cashier support and training. The Cash Operations Lead ensures the efficiency of cash operations at Eataly collaborating with the Information Technology team to maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system from an operational point of view.
Reports to the General Manager of Retail.
- Manages all cash operation functions coordinating with and assisting all the stores
- Manages Point Of Sale (POS) relationships in collaboration with the IT department
- Trains stores cashiers
- Manages cash reconciliation and store audits
- Provides assistance to the IT department for retail programs and operational system maintenance
- Manages POS vendors
- Oversees POS Applications Master Data Management
- Implements and supports cash operations for new store openings
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications :
- 3 years of cash operation experience in a retail environment
- 3 years working with a POS system
- Ability to be proactive independent efficient and resourceful in a hands-on fluid environment
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels
- Passion for high-quality food and guest service
