We are seeking a qualified service-minded ambassador for this exciting Luxury Concierge position.
Concierge (Full-Time)

What you will be doing:
- Welcome all guests in a luxury environment and manage multiple priorities calmly delivering results in a fast paced environment.
- Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Companys standards.
- Handling all incoming Concierge phone calls to the hotel including In-house guest requests. Candidate should be able to deliver luxury service be efficient empowered and cordial.
- Handling all guest inquiries and requests as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g. transportation reservations dry cleaning celebrations) and identifying appropriate providers.
- Respond to special requests from all guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide Philadelphia area information special events activities and happenings to guests including detailed knowledge of the hotel surroundings and amenities.
- Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling.
- Assist in enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Must have experience working with computers specifically Word Excel and messaging.
- Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
- Minimum 2-years experience in similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
- Must be flexible with days and hours.
- Previous luxury hotel experience a plus.
