In this role you will ensure the delivery of the Global Career Framework programmes Job Architecture Design phase with the highest possible quality meeting agreed scope and within budget. You will report into the Global Head of Workforce Strategy & Organisation Development.
What youll do:
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan and manage project workstreams ensuring alignment with global stakeholders realistic timelines and effective resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders including vendors to align expectations and ensure successful delivery.
- Scope Risk & Budget Control: Oversee programme scope risks timelines and budgets ensuring proactive issue resolution and adherence to estimates.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication through regular status updates risk reporting and checkpoint documentation.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project documentation meets EDA standards from initiation to post-implementation with proper sign-offs.
- Post-Delivery Support: Lead seamless handovers conduct implementation reviews and ensure ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
- Process Improvement: Improve project management practices and contribute to best practice development.
- Team Leadership: Support a geographically diverse project team promoting agile working.
*This is a fixed-term project-based position.
Qualifications :
What youll need to bring:
- 4 years of experience in Project Management;
- Trained/Experience in scrum;
- University Degree level in related major;
- Excellent written and spoken English
