- Ensure Smooth day to day Ops
- Coordination with Suppliers and Procurement
- Assist to ensure Product excellence.
Customer Service
- On boarding of New Clients
- Handle customer complaints & Requests
- Optimize Client experience.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Gathering customer feedback
- Assist in building a great WOJO Community
General
- Assist to Plan and Manage Events
- Assist on online and Offline marketing.
Systems
- Assist in CRM Management and reporting.
- Onboarding clients and reporting any issues
- Make sure that weekly reports and dashboards are updated
Sales
- Manage incoming inquiries & Walk ins
- Manage & increase Mice Revenue
- Assist in up-selling
- Continuously investigate the market and keep up to date with competitors.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or bachelors degree with a focus on business administration hospitality or related fields.
- Experience in customer service hospitality or administrative roles.
- Strong Interpersonal skills a proactive attitude organizational abilities and a customer centric approach are crucial.
