French-Speaking Order Support Specialist Remote (Portugal)
Were partnering with a global industry leader to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented French-speaking Order Support Specialist. This is a remote position but applicants must be based in or near Porto or Lisbon Portugal.
Location: Remote. Must reside in or near Porto or Lisbon Portugal

About the Role
As an Order Support Specialist you will assist French-speaking customers with their orders from processing and tracking to resolving delivery or invoicing issues. Youll ensure a smooth accurate and professional experience that reflects the brands commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries regarding orders invoices and deliveries from French-speaking customers

Support customers via email chat and phone in a friendly professional and timely manner

Process update or cancel orders accurately using internal systems

Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams as needed

Investigate and resolve issues such as delayed shipments missing products or payment errors

Maintain records of customer interactions and order details

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and personalized support
What Were Looking For

Language skills: fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2 minimum)

Previous experience in order support logistics support or customer service is preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is a plus

Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team

Must reside in or near Porto or Lisbon Portugal
