  • 33366 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Your role and responsibilities

In this role youll play a vital part in ensuring Suffolk County Council meets its legal obligations under DoLS legislation. Youll:

  • Oversee and support a small team of Business Support Officers.
  • Work closely with practitioners to ensure legal compliance and uphold individuals human rights.
  • Manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use your organisational skills and initiative to work autonomously while being a key part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Every day youll help ensure that individuals referred to us are treated with dignity and respect and that their voices are heard.

You will need

We hope youll bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in line with statutory requirements.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning and developing within the role.
  • Strong IT skills as much of the work involves using internal systems.
