About The Role

As the Database Analyst reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for managing the data set of the Oracle HCM System and the PageUp System. Your role will involve actioning system tickets troubleshooting data issues and ensuring data integrity. Additionally you will collaborate with the Corporate Project Office as the subject matter expert for the People Australian Operations project.

Additionally the role will:

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team and wider People Team in areas of data management interpretation and troubleshooting.
  • Action PageUp offer card approvals and create update and delete employee accounts on the Oracle HCM system.
  • Ensure data integrity during the transition of Aust Ops data to HCM including coding and testing with PMO.
  • Process confidential data and information in accordance with set company guidelines.
  • Generate various employee reports through HCM such as Headcount reports Personal Details reports and Remuneration Reports.
  • Liaise with the IT Department to update correct and manage complex data sets and ensure proper handling of the companys systems.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position possesses tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Systems Analysis and Post Grad qualifications in Project Management.

Additionally you will;

  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organisation aligning with global operating principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS Systems particularly Oracle and PageUp.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
