Job Description
Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities including journal entries accruals prepayments and monthly closing
Perform general ledger (GL) reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Manage intercompany transactions billing and reconciliations across multiple markets
Assist in balance sheet reviews audit support and financial reporting
Support continuous improvement and standardization of accounting processes
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance FP&A Tax and Country Teams
Requirements
Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
2 4 years experience in R2R GL or shared services accounting
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar)
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Fluency in English is required; Japanese is a must
Able to work in a fast-paced regional support environment
